Role - Succession Planning Specialist
Experience - 2-5 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement succession planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify key positions and potential successors within the organization.
Conduct talent assessments to evaluate employee skills, competencies, and readiness for advancement.
Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans for high-potential employees.
Facilitate training and development programs to prepare employees for future roles.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of succession planning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain succession planning documentation and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to management on succession planning best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and succession planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or human resources.
Strong understanding of succession planning methodologies and talent assessment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
