Manager - Talent Management & Compensation & Benefits

We are looking for a HR professional with focus on Talent Management, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits at our Noida Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the identification of HiPOs & create development plans for their progression into key leadership roles.
• Coordinate leadership development programs, workshops & initiatives.
• Assist in designing & implementation goal setting frameworks that aligns individual objectives with organizational targets.
• Support administrating the performance appraisal systems, ensuring consistency & fairness in performance evaluations.
• Help facilitate feedback sessions between managers & employees.
• Assist in developing competitive salary structures & compensation programs that align with market standards.
• Help designing & managing performance based incentive programs to motivate employees & reward high performance.
• Assist in salary benchmarking & ensure the organizations compensation is competitive & aligned with industry standards.
• Support in defining & designing job roles that are aligned with business requirements & organizational structure.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefit programs & market trends.
• Experience with performance management systems & goal setting frameworks.
• Analytical skills with the ability to develop reports & dashboards for senior leadership.
• Hands on experience with Succession Planning & employee retention strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office & HRMS (Preferably Success Factors).
