BPTP have really grown in terms of work life, culture and the current management which is really fabulous. One can really work hard and reach on a level in this company as it seems the caliber of the employee.

Truly I don't find anything in BPTP which I don't like.I infact appreciate and will always recommend people to join BPTP.

The owner is having the vision to improve BPTP as a whole but the old staffs in BPTP is not ready adopt the change for betterment.

Dislikes

1) Promotion and Increment is based on how close you are to your HOD, HR is just a postman in this process. 2) People don't want to change for betterment 3) Design Team is always in a turmoil situation. Drawings and details can change anytime. 4) Baised parties are conducted by some teams and other teams are not invited. 5) Contractors payment takes ages. 6) Project team in Gurgaon and Faridabad is still in 1950. 7) Each and every team is working in isolation thinking sharing might take away their credit....Read More
