The owner is having the vision to improve BPTP as a whole but the old staffs in BPTP is not ready adopt the change for betterment.

1) Promotion and Increment is based on how close you are to your HOD, HR is just a postman in this process. 2) People don't want to change for betterment 3) Design Team is always in a turmoil situation. Drawings and details can change anytime. 4) Baised parties are conducted by some teams and other teams are not invited. 5) Contractors payment takes ages. 6) Project team in Gurgaon and Faridabad is still in 1950. 7) Each and every team is working in isolation thinking sharing might take away their credit....Read More

Worst manager ever I have seen who demands proof in case of family member demise .Manager lacks professional skills and requires a lot of training.She was very biased and arrogant and wants chamchas around her and not girls .

that the owners of the company have very long term and great future plans

micro management people who are working in this company are old who do not want to adapt new ways, no one wants to take responsibility of any thing because they are not confident even about there own positions, and that is why this company has a, they already know they do not deserve the post they are working on so they do not hire good experienced people in there team because they fear that they will loose there job if the someone better and experienced is hired even the HR lies, (personal incident), I got a call from the HR who was looking for Hospitality personal and i was open for new opportunities so hr asked me to come for interview and the dates of interview postponed so many times the reason were very silly Finally after 8 days that lady HR was able to conduct the interview with one of there club manager who has good years of experience in hospitality and he was not able to ask me technical question about food and beverage, then i told them i am being offered a better position and salary at another place and even shared the Letter Of intent of that particular job opportunity so the HR lady said we will top whatever that job is giving you and the club manager even asked what position you want to write on the offer letter. and at the time of joining she said that i am in probation for 6 months after the probation we will confirm you and will increase the salary, i have been giving my 200% but the problem is that the management do not even know how is the work done , what is the significance of my postion, i have been doing everything that has been given to me even if it is not part of my Key Responsibility Area, been doing 15 hours shift daily. there are people who have just one key responsibility to do in which they are getting so much salary, and they do fixed 9 hours salary Now i thought that i would stay in BPTP but i think that it was the worst decision and i will never recommend any of my friends to work here there few in Management also who jump into every thing without any planning or information or knowledge and still be in-decisive because some where in there own subconscious mind they know that they have no idea how things work, the only reason i joined was the vision of the owners of the company but micro management is nerve wracking...Read More
