Job Description:

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
• Build strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to enhance our campus presence.
• Plan and coordinate on-campus and virtual events, such as career fairs, workshops, and information sessions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for internships, entry-level, and early career roles.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials, social media campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve campus hiring strategies.
