Relationship building : Establish and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at target universities. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and educational institutions.
Campus Events Coordination : Plan, organize, and participate in campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events. Represent the company at campus events, promoting the employer brand and showcasing career opportunities.
Candidate Sourcing and Selection : Source, screen, and interview candidates for internships and entry-level positions. Conduct resume reviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews to identify top talent. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding and Integration : Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Support the integration of new employees into the company culture and assist with orientation programs.
Campus Engagement Programs : Support in Campus Engagement and Branding programs as appropriate.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts. Provide regular reports on hiring progress, event outcomes, and candidate quality to key stakeholders.
What you will need
Proven experience in campus recruitment preferably within a corporate environment.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum experience of 6- 10 years in Campus Recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Good organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Willingness to travel to campuses when needed.
