Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role combines marketing expertise with human resources functions to enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and improve the overall candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding:
Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including the company website, social media, and job boards.
Recruitment Marketing:
Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Social Media Management:
Manage the company s social media presence related to recruitment, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create and curate content that showcases company culture, employee testimonials, and job openings.
Job Post Optimization:
Write and optimize job descriptions for SEO to increase visibility and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job postings accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each position.
Candidate Experience:
Enhance the candidate experience by streamlining the application process and improving communication throughout the recruitment journey.
Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the HR team to align marketing strategies with overall recruitment goals.
Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to support recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, or HR.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
