Position Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our HR and recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Build a robust talent pipeline through innovative sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
  2. HR Operations:
    • Create and manage employment contracts aligned with legal and organizational standards.
    • Optimize onboarding experiences to make new hires feel welcomed and inspired.
    • Maintain accurate HR systems while driving operational efficiency.
  3. Talent Development:
    • Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and design impactful development programs.
    • Organize dynamic training sessions to enhance team creativity and productivity.
    • Champion a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
  4. Strategic Workforce Planning:
    • Work with leadership to anticipate future workforce needs and strategize accordingly.
    • Develop engaging initiatives to retain top talent and boost team morale.
    • Use data-driven insights to enhance recruitment and retention strategies.
  5. In-Office Operations:
    • Monitor employee performance and ensure alignment with Tutcarts innovative culture.
    • Foster a safe, secure, and creatively stimulating office environment.
    • Tackle operational challenges with agility and resourcefulness.
  6. Networking & Branding:
    • Be the face of Tutcart at industry events, building a strong employer brand.
    • Leverage social media and professional networks to position Tutcart as a destination for top talent.
    • Forge relationships with academic institutions and talent hubs to discover hidden gems.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent and culture-related matters.
    • Partner with global teams across time zones to align workforce skills with Tutcarts innovative goals.
    • Foster seamless communication and collaboration in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for the fast-paced and evolving nature of early-stage startups.
  • A knack for independent, creative decision-making that drives results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
