Establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers, architects, developers, and executives. Offer tailored consultations to demonstrate how HIVE s products align with their specific needs and elevate their spaces or operations
Develop individualized sales strategies for each client, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals that align with the clients business goals
Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, while maintaining detailed records in a structured sales pipeline. Ensure efficient management of client interactions

Skill Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales involving high-value, premium products or services
Experience in sectors such as high-end corporate design, art sales, or premium interior solutions is highly valued
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey the value of premium products clearly and persuasively
Strong consultative sales abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to understanding and addressing complex client needs
Proven track record of managing high-value sales cycles, including negotiations, contract management, and client onboarding
Expertise in building relationships with HNIs, uHNIs, and senior corporate clients.
