Sales Manager Job Duties:
1. CRM Management:
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales leads, and prospects.
- Effectively track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
2. Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and engage existing customers.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
3. Marketing Automations:
- Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Leverage automation tools to trigger personalized communications based on customer behaviors and actions.
4. Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate both online and offline events to promote our products/services and build brand awareness.
- This includes organizing webinars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
5. Social Media Management:
- Manage our company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with the online community to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
6. Communication Follow-up:
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up with all types of communication, such as emails, phone calls, inquiries, and requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries or concerns promptly.
7. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support, including generating sales reports, preparing sales materials, and conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
8. Sales Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales data, marketing metrics, and campaign results.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Manager Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with various levels of audience and customer segments
- Comfortable presenting both online and in person to groups
- Focused on complete solutions for our customers
- Strong drive to solicit and close business opportunities
- Ability to successfully operate cross-functionally
- Technical aptitude to provide a solution-based customer presentation
- Ability to interpret and understand construction drawings
- Relationship building skills with internal and external customers
- Clearly understand the customer's problem and work to solve it
- Experience in negotiations and addressing quote concerns
- Outlook, Excel, Word, experience required;
