Job Description - Finance Controlling

Business: International

Shift: Morning shift

Location: Gurgaon sec 69

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days working)

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered accountant with 2-3 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs, and regulatory reporting requirements.

- Experience with financial systems and accounting software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee various accounting operations

- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting

- Produce financial statements as per IFRS or local GAAPs

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

- Develop and adhere to policies and procedures

- Support in closure of Statutory or Quarterly Audits.

- Lead Process Improvement initiatives
