Everyone has relied on governments or experts to solve the problem, but most solutions up until today have either been too expensive or too ineffective. Job Description
As the Channel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Praans market presence by developing and managing Channel Sales of HIVE - Praans Luxury indoor Air Purification System.
Identify and onboard key distributors, and channel partners to drive sales across India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize their sales effectiveness and ensure alignment with Praans goals.
Train and equip channel partners with the knowledge and tools they need effectively to promote and sell HIVE.
Drive revenue growth by actively managing partner pipelines, tracking performance, and providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Collaborate with partners to deliver demonstrations and presentations, helping them showcase the unique benefits of HIVE to potential clients.
Work closely with the engineering and product teams to stay updated on new product developments and align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
Gather feedback from partners and customers to help shape future product improvements and strategies based on market needs.
Monitor and Optimize the performance of channel partners to ensure achievement of sales targets and overall business objectives.
Skill Requirements
Past academic education in Engineering + MBA or equivalent
7-10 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the air conditioning B2B, or air purification system.
Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly and yearly targets.
Strong understanding of technical products, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly amd concisely.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, and participate in industry events.
