Job Description
- Supervising two or more Sourcers, directing their efforts to identify and attract top tier candidates, as well as ensuring they are trained, coached, and developed
- Creating, updating, improving, and overseeing adherence to standard operating procedures
- Utilizing data and metrics to evaluate current initiatives, strategies, pipelines, tools, technologies, job boards, etc. and identifying, recommending, and developing best practices and solutions
- Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact for escalations
- Each role will require its own sourcing strategy, so it s up to you to drive creativity with marketing content, including postings, email campaigns, and flyers!
