Job Title : Senior Frontend Engineer / Fullstack Engineer (Team Lead)

As the team lead, you will play a critical role in driving the technical direction of our projects, using modern tools and frameworks like React.js and Next.js. Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Develop and implement new user-facing features using React.js and Next.js.

- Build and maintain reusable components and libraries to enhance scalability.

- Optimize rendering performance for a seamless user experience across devices and browsers.

Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of frontend engineers to achieve excellence in development.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.

Technical Implementation :

- Translate design wireframes into high-quality, maintainable, and responsive code.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver robust solutions.

- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their precise implementation.

Code Quality & Optimization :

- Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.

- Benchmark and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Testing & Deployment :

- Implement and manage Playwright test cases to ensure reliability and robustness.

- Drive testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks and performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.

- Proven experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks.

- In-depth knowledge of component rendering optimization and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and modern authentication mechanisms like JSON Web Tokens (JWT).

- Basic understanding of Webpack configuration and build tools.

- Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming and the JavaScript event loop.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers effectively.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

Attention to Detail :

- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to code quality and user experience.

Testing Expertise :

- Experience implementing and managing Playwright test cases or equivalent end-to-end testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience as a Team Lead in a frontend or fullstack development role.

- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a collaborative, agile environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
