Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Design job descriptions and interview questions as per each positions requirements
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interview
• Familiar with social media networks, resumes database and professional hiring/ recruitment platforms also able to source potential candidates through using these channels
• Responsible for completing the joining formalities of new recruit
• Coordinate with reporting manager to identify staffing needs & determine selection criteria
• Maintain the documents of the new joining in hard copy
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by each department
• Decent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
