Charted Accountant

Urgently looking for Charted Accountant for TMT bars in Bangalore and Bellary Location.

1. Indirect Tax Laws (GSTR preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and Reconciliation of GSTR-2A with books. GST Audit for certification of GSTR-9C)
2. Direct Tax Laws (Preparation and filing of TDS (24Q, 26Q) & TCS (27EQ) Returns, ITR sand Advance Tax & MAT Calculation etc.)
3. Audits (Tax Audits & preparation of Tax Audit Report in 3CD & 3CA/3CB, Statutory Audit, Process Audit, Internal Audit and Bank Audit as well)
4. Financial Reporting (Drafting Balance Sheet and Consolidating of Financial Statements with notes to accounts & Annexure as per schedule III of Companies Act.)
5. ROC filing with MCA (Form ADT-1, AOC-4, MGT-7 & DIR -12)
6. Notice and Order handling (Preparation of documents and coordination for information and preparation to present for any departmental proceedings)
7. Financial Accounting (Day to Day accounting of Service industry including daily bank reconciliation, weekly vendors and customers ledger reconciliation, manage payments and receipts (while keeping TDS , GST and any law compliance in mind)
8. Liaison with bankers, Tax Auditor, Statutory Auditor

9. Handling personal and HUF files of the directors / MD

Job Description Candidate must have knowledge of Direct Tax Laws as well as Indirect Tax laws (Goods and Service Tax), excellent numeracy skills, computer proficiency and Expert knowledge of accounting software (Tally), professional experience, team working abilities, supervisory and leadership skills etc.

Job Duties:

Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews

Accounts payable/Accounts receivable

Profit-and-loss statements

Tax preparation/Expense reports

Cost reduction proposals

Internal audits for policy adherence/Internal audits for tax codes

Presenting budgets and reports to upper management
