Channel sale Job Description:.
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.
- Develop annual sales strategy and goals.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
- Collaborate with sales leaders.
- Sourcing leads via direct methods and independent closure for the allotted project.
- Looking for new opportunities to form partnerships & tie ups.
- Maintaining the paper work related to customer registration.
- Creating and maintaining a database of partners & expanding CP network.
- Making visits to partners and training their teams.
- Necessary follow ups with customer to meet our targets.
- Maintaining MIS records of channel performance.
- Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.
- Adheres to project timelines under stressful market conditions.
- Identifies processes / procedures in own work area that needs improvement.
- Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity.
- Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area.
- Undertake extensive travel to do reiki in the market for leads/new CP empanelment.
- Sales personnel are require to work on weekends and will have week-offs instead since customers visit sites also during their offs.
- Actively source, qualify, and recruit new channel partners (e.g., resellers, distributors, system integrators) that align with the company's target market and business objectives. Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive partner training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, and marketing best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, including technical assistance, marketing materials, and sales tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales performance, including revenue targets, market share, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
