ServiceNow GRC Developer (4-5 yrs)

Job Title : ServiceNow GRC Developer - 2 months contract position with possible extension.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules, with a focus on risk management.

- Customize ServiceNow GRC applications to meet specific business needs, including creating custom workflows, forms, and reports.

- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Configure risk management solutions within ServiceNow, including risk assessments, risk registers, and mitigation plans.

- Perform unit and system testing to validate the functionality and performance of customized GRC solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for customized solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow GRC applications.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored GRC solutions

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Proven experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation and customization.

- Specific experience in risk management within ServiceNow.

Skills :

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development.

- Strong programming skills (e., JavaScript, GlideScript).

- In-depth knowledge of GRC frameworks and standards

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance
