Role : ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer.

Location : Pune / Hybrid.

Experience : 4-6 years.

Certification : Good to have (ServiceNow IRM/GRC Certified preferred).

Must Have : Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.

- Implement risk, compliance, and audit management solutions using ServiceNow.

- Work on workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and performance optimization.

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically in IRM/GRC.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies).

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and automation.

- Knowledge of third-party integrations, APIs, and CMDB concepts.

- Good to have ServiceNow IRM/GRC Certification.
