Role: ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer

Location: Pune / Hybrid
Experience: 4-6 years
Certification: Good to have (ServiceNow IRM/GRC Certified preferred)
Must Have: Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications
Implement risk, compliance, and audit management solutions using ServiceNow
Work on workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Experience:

4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically in IRM/GRC
Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and automation
Knowledge of third-party integrations, APIs, and CMDB concepts
Good to have ServiceNow IRM/GRC Certification
