ServiceNow Developer - ITOM Frameworks (6-8 yrs)

Candidate must have skills -

- Confidence of writing logic/scripts during screen sharing while dealing with client interviews

- Working experience in Agent AI introduced in Xanadu release and the its use in automating multiple processes and integrations

- Agent AI Productivity configuration and development skills needed

- In-depth practical experience of Java script especially around Array scripting, Loop scripting, Glide Record, Glide Aggregate and other Glide classes understanding.

- Best in ServiceNow development while having thorough scripting knowledge of Glide Ajax, calling server side script via client script, script includes, callback functions, Scratchpad, Flow Designer, Workflows

- Strong development experience on integrations, REST API, Web services

- Performance Analytics - Development experience along with expertise in creating reports and dashboards

- Basic differences between UI policy, client script, UI actions, data policy etc and other use cases.

Candidate should have skills -

- Development experience in Request Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal

- Knowing of ITSM modules - incident,problem,change,CMDB,Asset,SLAs

- Basic foundation data

- Data load and Transform Mapping

- Basic ServiceNow Reporting

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and SLAs.

- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's scripting language (JavaScript), including Glide Ajax, server-side scripts, script includes, callback functions, and Scratchpad.

- Leverage Agent AI to automate processes and integrations, including configuration and development of Agent AI Productivity features.

- Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and other relevant technologies.

- Design and develop ServiceNow Service Portals to provide a user-friendly interface for end-users.

- Perform data loading and transformations using ServiceNow's import sets and transform maps.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide valuable insights into IT operations.

- Demonstrate strong JavaScript scripting skills, including expertise in Array scripting, Loop scripting, Glide Record, Glide Aggregate, and other Glide classes.

- Confidently write and debug scripts during client interviews via screen sharing.

- Possess a thorough understanding of ITSM best practices and processes.

- Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and address any concerns.
