Job Overview:
- The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales at Jewels.
- This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, jewellery, and brand positioning.
- The Store Manager will lead and motivate the team, manage inventory, uphold store standards, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all clients.
- Excellent Communication.

- Experience working with luxury brands is a plus.
Experience: 5 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery, with at least 2 years in a management role.
6 days working.
Work Timings: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Drive sales growth and achieve store targets through effective team leadership, sales strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, building strong relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.
- Provide personalized service and product knowledge to customers, assisting them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate a welcoming and luxurious store environment for all customers.
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes growth and development.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.
Operations Management:
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure the store is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage store expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers.
- Brand Representation: Represent the Jewels brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines in all aspects of store operations.
- Participate in brand events and marketing initiatives as required.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
