Senior Sales Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Drive high-value sales by personally engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and cultivating strong client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through personalized service and exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with HNI clients.
- Manage and nurture client relationships through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and email communications.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve peak performance.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any challenges effectively.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Network with potential clients at industry events and social gatherings.
- Leverage CRM systems to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales data.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in a luxury environment (jewelry, high-end fashion, or similar).
Essential Skills:
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (if applicable).
- High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in managing a team of sales associates.
- Experience in working with HNIs.
- Deep understanding of luxury market trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Great sense of fashion and personal style.
