About the Role
The Outbound Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring assigned qualifi ed merchants on a daily basis, onboarding the merchant, managing and growing relationships with the merchants to achieve sales targets and drive TPV. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of the merchants according to the given revenue size.
○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with the accounts, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand market share by referrals.
○ Achieve the targets and meet the target TPV on a daily basis.
○ Work closely with the cross functional teams.
○ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account plans, and client interactions using CRM software.
○ Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and future projections.
Eligibility:
○ Proven experience as a Business Development role, preferably in B2B PG.
○ Years of experience at least 2-3 years into Business Development and Sales
○ Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships.
○ Proven track record of Hunting and closing the leads as a good IC and achieving the targets month on month.
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
○ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
○ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
○ Profi ciency in CRM software and Microsoft Offi ce Suite.
○ Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
○ Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
○ Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
