Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment activities, providing administrative and strategic assistance throughout the hiring process. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about talent acquisition strategies and employer branding while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Data Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Research: Conduct market research to understand talent trends and competitive benchmarks.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including organizing files and preparing documentation.

Qualifications:

• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms and job boards.
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
