Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms and job boards
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks
• Help with onboarding and new hire documentation
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment events

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
