Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team at Qylis. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Recruitment as the primary focus, along with minor involvement in HR Operations and Recruitment Data Management. Based on performance, the role has the potential to be converted into a Full-Time Employee (FTE) position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source suitable candidates.
• Support in HR Operations activities like onboarding documentation, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Maintain and update recruitment data, tracking candidate progress and hiring metrics.
• Engage in employer branding initiatives, job postings, and talent pipeline building.
• Ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
• MBA (HR specialization) (Preferred)
• BBA / BBM
• B.Tech in CSE, ECE, ECM
• Must have secured 85% or above in Graduation or Post-Graduation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
