Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Quicksense Innovations is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive sales growth for our home automation and electrical products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales closing, and experience in handling B2B/B2C sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide customized product solutions.
• Conduct follow-ups on potential leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the operations and technical teams for order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update the sales database, CRM records, and customer interactions.
• Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to enhance sales.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in sales closing (Home Automation or similar product background preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in handling B2B/B2C sales and working with CRM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple sales pipelines and work under targets.
• Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about sales.
