Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services, to effectively present and pitch to clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by providing tailored solutions and addressing inquiries.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system, tracking all interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and send customized proposals and quotes, ensuring that client needs are met and expectations are set.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and support teams to align sales strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT products, software, and services, with the ability to learn new solutions quickly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage sales activities and track performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and provide creative solutions.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently to achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Sales or IT-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant certifications) are a plus.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Experience in selling IT solutions to business clients.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to build a professional network and leverage connections to generate leads.
