Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to drive new business initiatives for a fast-growing consumer-tech company. This role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and launching innovative business opportunities that align with the company's growth vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exploring new markets, scaling business verticals, and driving strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and assess new business opportunities, emerging trends, and market gaps. Develop business cases through research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
- Opportunity Development: Conduct feasibility studies, validate new business concepts, and lead go-to-market strategies for innovative products and services.
- Execution & Scaling: Own the end-to-end execution of new initiatives, define performance metrics, and establish scalable processes for long-term success.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Build strategic alliances, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to drive business growth, ensuring a culture of innovation and execution excellence.
Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: IIT/MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years in business development, strategy, innovation, or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of launching, scaling, and managing successful business ventures.
- Experience in market entry, product innovation, and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect market opportunities with business strengths.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and value creation.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong data analysis, market research, and financial modeling skills.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
