Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Operational Leadership: Oversee complete manufacturing and operations, driving both strategy and execution.
- Business Growth & Expansion: Work closely with leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive scalability and efficiency.
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Optimize sourcing, inventory, and production planning to ensure smooth operations.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Streamline production processes, introduce best practices, and enhance quality & efficiency.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost controls, and financial planning to maintain profitability.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance team.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key industry players.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and governance practices.
- Innovation & Product Development: Drive technology integration and new product innovations to enhance competitive advantage.
Ideal Candidate:
- 9 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing & operations, ideally from young manufacturing start-ups.
- B.Tech/MBA from a premier institute.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Expertise in supply chain management, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in scaling businesses, driving process improvements, and leading large teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
