Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to clients, drive business growth through cross-functional collaboration, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions, and a proactive approach to account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (TDMs, BDMs, CXOs) across assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Identify and nurture opportunities for growth within existing accounts, including cross-selling and upselling company's solutions.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans that align with customer goals and company's strategic vision.
Customer Success:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including forward-deployed engineers, solutions architects, and partner resources, to deliver impactful solutions that address client-specific challenges.
- Drive post-sale success by setting up mechanisms to ensure seamless implementation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify risks and roadblocks in client relationships and address them effectively to maintain long-term engagement.
Revenue and Metrics:
- Own and deliver revenue targets for assigned accounts by driving client renewals, expansions, and new project opportunities.
- Regularly track and report on account performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and engagement levels.
- Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and structure competitive deals that maximize value for both Sarvam and its clients.
Strategic Collaboration:-
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging company's generative AI technologies to achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and inform product development roadmaps.
- Represent client interests in internal discussions to ensure company's solutions remain relevant and aligned with market demands.
Process and Innovation:
- Continuously refine account management processes to improve efficiency and scalability as company grows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to client interactions.
- Document and analyze account challenges, lessons learned, and wins to contribute to company's growth strategy.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-10 years in Key Account Management Customer Success
- Or a related role, preferably in the AI, Technology, or SaaS domains
Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI, language models, and related technologies.
- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering compelling presentations to C-level executives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- A Master's degree in business is a plus.
