Founding Product Manager - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)

The company is on a mission to make real estate transparent and delightful. They are building the world's best home-buying and home-selling experiences, which combine online (listings, home loans, etc.) and offline (house visits, registration, etc.) touchpoints. In addition to user-facing products, they will need to build tools for their channel partners (brokers) and internal teams that will help them deliver exceptional value to their customers.

As the founding Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the founders to conceptualize, ideate, design, and build these experiences from the ground up.

What you'll do:

- Lead Product Development: Drive the vision and strategy for home-buying and home-selling experiences and internal tools

- Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with the founding team to shape product direction and make strategic decisions that align with our mission and goals.

- User-Centric Design: Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, translating insights into product features that delight users.

- Manage Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.

- Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

- Monitor and Measure: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay Agile: Adapt to changing market conditions and user needs, iterating on the product to keep it ahead of industry trends.

What we're looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Product

- Exceptional track record in past jobs/academics

- Track record of being a hustler and getting things done

- Experience with real estate transactions, either personally or professionally

Good to have:

- Experience in early to mid-stage startups

- Part of university/semi-professional/professional sports teams
