Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage daily liner activities.
• Import custom clearing documentation compliance.
• Ensure the all documentation meets import regulations.
• Custom clearing procedures and Liasoning with CHA.
• Checking charges levied by bank, shipping line etc.
• Verification and checking of discrepancies in the documents, invoices, price, qty etc.
• Should ensure proper documentation of each case as per SOP.
• Maintaining relationship with customers and provide best service to customers.
• Prepare monthly report on performance and future trends for analysis.

Desired Candidates Profile:

• Good written and communication skills
• Should be well aware of latest rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of various rule and regulations of customs
• Be personally driven, committed and focused
• Should be aware certificate of origin (EIA office and Chamber of commerce).
• Should have good skills and knowledge of MS office.
• Preparation of bill of lading.

Educational Requirement:

• Should have a Bachelor’s degree in any specialization.
• PGDBM/PGDIB/MBA will have an added weightage

Essential Skill Requirement:

• Minimum 2-3 years and 4-6 years experience max with shipping / logistics Industry.
• Strong Numerical and Analytical Skills
• Problem solving skilled
• Ability to work Independent and under pressure
• Confident speaking on the telephone
• Customer Relation
• Knowledge of Import and Export Documentation Administration
