Role & responsibilities

• Source , screen and interview candidates for entry and mid level roles
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Post job openings on various job portals and manage ATS
• Coordinate interviews and provide exceptional candidate experience

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6 months - 3 years recruitment experience
• Extensive knowledge of Job portals, like Naukri, Linkedin, Monster
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience into bulk hiring, bpo hiring, international bpo hiring
• Preferred experience into RCM Hiring US Healthcare
• Okay with Shift timings - 11am - 8 pm ist
