Position Title: US Recruiter (Internal Hiring)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location- Thane (Mumbai)
Shift Timing: Day shift
Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives + Medical Insurance
Workdays: Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Recruitment:
• Source and screen candidates for various internal positions (For US office) using job portals, LinkedIn, and other networking tools.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
• Candidate Management:
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Process Optimization:
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and employment laws.
• Develop strategies to attract top talent while maintaining diversity and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Need min 6 months of experience into Recruitment.;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
