Requirement:
Excellent Communication Skills in English
Good HR & recruitment skills
Specifically hiring/sourcing experience
Non-IT/BPO/KPO/Bulk hiring is mandatory
Having an Additional language is Mandatory
Find new avenues of recruiting candidates.
Exposure to bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Familiarity with HR databases and alternate sources of recruitment.
