Location: Mumbai (Thane) & Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Workdays: 5 days (Monday to Friday) - ONSITE
Shift Timing: 07:00 PM to 04:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives + Free Meal + Medical Insurance + Pick-and-Drop Facility

Role Overview

As an OPT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding talented OPT candidates for our clients. The position offers a vibrant work environment and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting OPT, CPT, H1B, and Green Card candidates from job portals and social media platforms.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants.
• Coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.
