Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  
• Handle employee grievances, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Coordinate with employees on joining formalities, exit formalities, and other HR-related activities.
  
• Assist in generalistic HR tasks such as recruitment, training & development, payroll processing, etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in BPO/Call Centre industry).
  
• Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities including recruitment, employee engagement, Employee Relations, etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective handling of employee grievances and queries.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
