HRBP Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders and business unit managers to understand their objectives, challenges, and people-related needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's operations, goals, and strategic direction to provide proactive HR support.
• Act as a key point of contact for the business units, fostering strong relationships and promoting effective communication.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and impartial manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions to resolve employee relations issues.
• Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes.
• Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are desirable but not mandatory.
