Job Description | Associate Non-Voice

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing

• Review doctor's prescriptions, insurance details, and medical documentation.
• Create and verify order requests based on the submitted documents.

Document Validation:

• Ensure all necessary documents are accurate and complete.
• Follow-up on Insufficient Documentation:
• Identify missing or incomplete documents and request additional information.

Work Location

• Brilliant Summit - Indore

Education and Shifts

• Fresh 2024 Graduates only (Diploma and Engg Graduates are not eligible to apply).
• Flexible to work in any US Shifts.
• 5 days working with rotational weekly off.

Desired Skills and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document processing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Typing speed & accuracy.
