Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our International Voice process. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls from the US and providing assistance, information, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Inbound Customer Support:


    • Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Understand inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and concise information.

2. Information Sharing:


    • Share relevant product or service information to resolve customer queries.
    • Ensure that the customer receives all necessary details regarding their inquiries.

3. Issue Resolution:


    • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
    • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Adherence to Policies:

    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
    • Comply with quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) as outlined by the company.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

    • Always maintain a positive and empathetic attitude.
    • Provide personalized service that enhances the customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral accent (ability to speak clearly and concisely).
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, especially in an inbound call center, is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and techniques.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:


  • International voice-based customer interaction.
  • Must be comfortable working with US customers in different time zones.
