Construction Manager - Consulting Firm - Contractual (3-10 yrs)

- Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Consultant to support a high-impact construction project.

- This role requires expertise in project management, project monitoring & control, and project coordination within the construction industry.

- The position is based in Mumbai on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks

- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations

- Implement best practices in project controls, reporting, and quality assurance

- Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress and compliance with project plans

- Manage project documentation, including status reports, financial tracking, and risk management reports.

- Support decision-making by providing analytical insights and actionable recommendations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- On-time project delivery within defined scope and budget

- Effective risk mitigation and issue resolution

- Compliance with quality and safety standards

- Stakeholder alignment and smooth coordination across teams

Qualifications and Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on project management, PMC, or project controls

- Strong background in monitoring project execution, tracking KPIs, and managing stakeholders

- Experience working with leading construction firms in large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects

- Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and reporting frameworks

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred)

Mandatory Skills:
