Product Manager/Consultant - Technology - SFDC/SAP & CRM Implementations - Consulting Firm - Contractual (5-10 yrs)

Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Technology Integration Consultant or Technology Product Manager with a strong background in Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and other technology implementations and integrations

The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating enterprise applications and systems, along with hands-on experience in CRM and sales technology solutions. Additionally, experience in real estate business setup and operations will be a significant advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end technology integration projects involving Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and other enterprise applications

- Design, develop, and implement integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, recommend solutions, and drive successful CRM and sales process enhancements

- Work closely with technical teams, developers, and third-party vendors to manage system integrations and migrations

- Support sales, marketing, and operations teams by optimizing Salesforce CRM functionalities and workflows

- Provide guidance on industry best practices for technology adoption and digital transformation

- Oversee data migration, cleansing, and governance processes to ensure system integrity

- Facilitate trainings and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams

- Identify and mitigate risks related to integration projects and ensure successful deployment

- Leverage experience in real estate business setups to support industry-specific system configurations and integrations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in technology product management including implementations and integrations.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) implementations, configurations, and integrations.

- Strong knowledge of SAP and its integration with other enterprise systems.

- Experience with API integrations, middleware solutions (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and data synchronization techniques.

- Hands-on experience in CRM solutions, sales process automation, and customer experience technologies.

- Familiarity with real estate business operations and technology implementations is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to provide strategic technology consultation and develop scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Consultant, or Developer) preferred.

- Experience with ERP systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.

- Previous consulting experience in a real estate technology environment.

This opportunity will be on a 12-month contract, requiring the consultant to work full-time on-site in Gurgaon. The consultant will need to relocate to Gurgaon for the project's entire duration
