Our client, a top-tier consulting firm, is looking to strengthen its portfolio and alliances strategy

To support this engagement, the client wants to onboard a Portfolio and Alliances Manager with a proven track record in strategic partnerships and business development. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing business alliances to drive growth and mutual value

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic alliances to enhance business growth and market reach

- Partner Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams to design and execute joint marketing or business initiatives

- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews and generate reports to ensure KPIs are met

- Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to maximize mutual value

- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential partnerships and competitive opportunities

- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges or conflicts in partnerships promptly and effectively

Your Background:

- Experience: 3-5+ years in portfolio management, business development, or strategic partnerships

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven track record in building alliances

- Project Management: Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management and CRM tools

This opportunity will be on a 12-month contract, requiring the consultant to work full-time on-site in Bangalore. The consultant will need to relocate to Bangalore for the project's entire duration
