Strategy Manager - Planning & Development - Consulting Firm (4-5 yrs)

- This strategic role involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, identifying new opportunities, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Development: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Develop and evaluate strategic options and recommend courses of action.

- Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps to achieve business goals.

- Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

- Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and new product/service launches.

- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnerships.

- Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.

- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and identify potential competitive advantages.

- Track industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact the company's business.

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze market data, financial data, and other relevant information to identify key trends and insights.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards strategic goals.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
