We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team, who will take ownership of our product vision and manage the development process. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, define, and ensure the successful delivery of product features that meet business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and market demands.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to create clear and concise product requirements and user stories.
Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
Ensure that the product development aligns with the company s broader vision and strategy.
Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions, prioritize features, and balance short-term vs. long-term goals.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to monitor progress and provide feedback.
Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including feature definition, testing, and post-launch improvements.
Ensure the successful implementation of product releases by working with QA, support teams, and marketing teams.
Clearly communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including leadership teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in product development.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficient in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with data analysis, customer research, and usability testing.
