Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in the BFSI and Fintech sectors.
Engage directly with C-level executives and decision-makers to promote pCloudy s solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs and aligning pCloudy s offerings to address them.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to effectively position pCloudy s value proposition.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
6-10 years of proven sales experience Software Sales/ Saas Sales .
Should be presently working in BFSI and Fintech sectors.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Expertise in engaging directly with senior leadership, particularly C-level personas.
Strong understanding of the Fintech landscape, BFSI market dynamics, and current technology trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
