We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead / Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the Transportation and Mobility with target areas of Embedded Systems, Digital Solutions & Mechanical Engineering Services markets across North America and Europe. You will play a key role in hunting & Lead generate OEM accounts in Transportation and Mobility area
Responsibilities:
Sales Lead or Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage prospects in the in the automotive area with target areas of Embedded Systems, Digital Solutions & Mechanical Engineering Services
Outreach: Use digital tools, cold calling, and industry events to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Market Research: Continuously track industry trends, customer intelligence, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on alignment with company offerings and readiness to purchase.
Collaboration: Work with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date lead data and track performance in CRM systems.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the automotive industry.
