We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead / Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the Transportation and Mobility with target areas of Embedded Systems, Digital Solutions & Mechanical Engineering Services markets across North America and Europe. You will play a key role in hunting & Lead generate OEM accounts in Transportation and Mobility area


Responsibilities:


Sales Lead or Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage prospects in the in the automotive area with target areas of Embedded Systems, Digital Solutions & Mechanical Engineering Services


Outreach: Use digital tools, cold calling, and industry events to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.


Market Research: Continuously track industry trends, customer intelligence, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.


Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on alignment with company offerings and readiness to purchase.


Collaboration: Work with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.


CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date lead data and track performance in CRM systems.


Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the automotive industry.


Required Skills and Qualification:


  • 3+ years of B2B lead generation experience, ideally in automotive or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of automotive embedded systems and digital transformation.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with a self-starter attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Successfully implemented Agile, Kanban, and SAFe Scrum methodologies.
  • Graduate or postgraduate in Engineering.
