Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Associate-Sales who can acquire and manage with our Business. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our Surabhi clients.
Responsibilities and duties
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management and Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
• Organize and participate in industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective domestic & International clients, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized pipeline of opportunities and monitor the progress of each work submission to ensure on time and compliant delivery.
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Business development processes management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented.
• Strong cross-functional consulting capabilities with domain experience in Healthcare and Life sciences.
• Ability to perform consulting activities, such as, analysis of industry, company, trends, and competitors, user journey mapping, gap identification, problem quantification, idea generation, solutioning, etc. to aid insights driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date
• Display thought, create POVs, and publish whitepapers around factors influencing the market and identify potential opportunities to explore.
• Build use cases around an idea/capability, and be able to communicate assertively to senior leadership team.
• Analyze market data to develop strategies for entering new markets or expanding existing ones Proposal development
• Effectively manage and collaborate with Team, solutions to prepare
• Should have good communication skills and high proficiency in MS Excel & PPT.
Key Qualification:
• 2-4 years of experience in sales/business development or client relationship management Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in service organizations, with a strong network of top-tier clients
• This includes researching and prospecting new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Enterprise Sales Expertise, Professional services, business development, B2B experience Business consulting
• Prior experience in working with contracts, particularly in the Onshore & offshore.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and business Growth strategy
